My work explores the infinite ways in which “Compassion,” “Desire,” “Fear,” and “Passion” modulate the behavior of all sentient creatures—with a frequent emphasis on the behaviors of human beings. I work across all modes of creative expression and am constantly looking to explore new paths to greater personal mindfulness and to acquire new creative skill sets. I work diligently to balance the concept of “Materiality” (the deliberate use of specific materials and processes) with innovative conceptual expressions. My enduring goal is to inspire profound thought without limits or expectations, and to create an opening for personal philosophical transcendence for all sentient creatures. I lean heavily on Dada, Expressionist, and Surrealist traditions in my work.
